It is good on nice, crusty bread, but what about mashing it up in some mashed potatoes? Work for that? Thinking of o.d.'ing on it at home and seeing if that'll make me stay away from it when we go out to eat. Even if it didn't make me tired of it, it'd be really delicious trying it.
